Smoking and pets are not allowed.

During the holiday period (e.g. easter and christmas), we reserve the right to accept bookings under one week only two weeks before the beginning of the booking.

 

Following your booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

25% of the booking fee is to be paid in advance. The remaining amount is to be paid four weeks prior to arrival.

 

We recommend getting holiday/travel cancellation insurance.

 

The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated in clean condition, including dishes washed, cleared in the closets and rubbish disposed of, by 10am on the day of departure.

 

Prices are per apartment for up to four people.

 

The prices also include bedding, bath and dish towels, as well as end of stay cleaning service.

 

Deposit: 300 Euro, payable with the rent four weeks prior to arrival.
