Apartment for four people

The first of our two apartments comfortably accommodates four people and extends over two floors. The entire structure is raised to defend eventual floods. The entrance and terrace are situated on a higher level what improves the views onto the Schlei.

On arrival, visitors enter by their own entrance door which opens onto an open-plan cooking, dining and living area. With a total floorspace 80 sqm, the apartment is a spacious holiday home with beautiful panoramic views of the Schlei.

The two bedrooms are fitted with double beds. One is located on the ground-floor, the second on the upper-floor. There are two bathrooms, one next to each bedroom, both are fully fitted, each with its own showering facility. The apartment has underfloor heating, an inbuilt ventilation system and Wi-Fi. The terrace is accessible from the kitchen, with views west onto the Schlei. The meadow is for sharing with other guests and can be used for games, relaxing and BBQ´s. There is a wall box directly at the house.Space for cars is located on the plot or in front of the house on the street parking strip.

Bread-roll-service: During your holiday you can receive bread rolls right to your door.

This apartment can be connected inside to the one for 6 people so the entire house is for 10 people to use.
