The open-plan kitchen has a large dining table with seating for six people. A high-chair is provided for younger guests. Other amenities include:

The apartment has large windows so you can enjoy the view towards Schlei from the living area on the upper floor and also from the kitchen / dining area on the lower floor. The window areas are equipped with high-quality sun protection glazing, which at least partially keeps out the summer heat. There are also curtains on the inside of the windows, which can be drawn as glare protection.

Due to the susceptibility to wind, the house has no external sun protection. That means, especially in summer, when the outside temperatures are very high, the inside temperatures can also be correspondingly high. You can lower the indoor temperatures by ventilating the windows during the night and by using the curtains. However, due to the concept, higher internal temperatures cannot always be avoided. We ask you to take this into account when making your booking.
